So wonderfully told! I wish I had known Brent.

Awesome homage to Brent. I too was a member of the sweaty youth at cedars but also had the privilege of living with Brent for a number of years and working on a number of band projects with him. I feel honored to have been able to spend time with him and speak with him briefly before he passed. I’ve watched that video a number of times recently and loved “Any Wednesday” encores. (BTW @ 6:17 into the video I might know the guy behind Brent 😏”

I keep thinking I see my gang in the crowd in that video — just can’t say for sure! I miss those days so much.

Dammit Brad, you made me cry. Thanks for taking me back. Also, that was a solid mugging, I can still describe the gun and our ridiculous getaway.

Brad…Thank you. This took my breath away. I have grieved in different ways, every day for a while now, at least since we knew this was “real” this time…Your words are so helpful with that process. They capture what that time was like, and what it meant for all of us. Brent deserves that. He looked up to you (as we all do still), and would have been so proud to read this. Thank you. - Joe
